Refund Policy

The hourly rate is of 40 euro per session, with an additional 5 euro clinic fee where applicable, unless agreed otherwise. Fees will be collected after every session. A reminder about your appointment will be made a day prior to your scheduled session. If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be charged In full.
